Collateral Only Loans, LLC is happy to approve yet another transaction under our Application Only Program from $300K to $30MM. It literally is the simplest asset based program in the country.

This latest client was actually introduced to us from another lender who could not get the deal approved. Client was looking to get $200K from refinancing his fleet of school buses. Our minimum loan amount is $300K, but since the client had plenty of collateral he qualified for the full $300K.

Under our collateral only loan program we just need an application and the equipment list. Here are our acceptable equipment value guidelines as to what we can loan against:

• Used equipment: We loan up to 75% of the equipment forced liquidation value.
• New equipment: We loan up to 80% of the new equipment cost.
